This journal should begin with a disclaimer, because, really, it was created by me (David/badgermoonhare) for Trine and Ole ((some of) my parents), by way of coercing them to write a comment once in a while, or show me some pictures from home, and to allow them to see privatized posts.

I never even asked them and I still don't know if this is a welcome idea, or even a very good one, but I have the day off and would probably have spent it talking to the internet in any case.

So here is to hope (and vigour in the battle against new and frustrating technology)!
